Description

Having been informed that Thessaloniki was once an important city of the Roman Empire, Asterix decides to visit it to see if these Romans were really crazy! Upon his arrival, a surprise awaits him! A dot2dot tour is about to start. He decides to follow the tour guide and eavesdrop… He hears her talking about the emperor and his palaces, the hippodrome and a triumphal arch, about an empty mausoleum, but also about Roman citizens who lived and were buried there. By Toutatis, that was the opportunity he was looking for!

On the occasion of the famous hero’s unexpected arrival in Thessaloniki, we discover the traces left by the Romans in the city in the most original and pleasant way!

The educational program can be implemented in the course of the Curriculum: History 4th grade: Rome and Greece
